Role and responsibilities:

Coordinate work at GP level, liaison with DPMU/DPMC, Managing over all activities in the project GPs, co-ordinate and manage relevant trainings , overall responsibility for the deliverables and managing Books of accounts at the SO level and timely submission of reports as per the prescribed format.

Educational Qualification: The Team Leader should be a Post Graduate in Social Sciences (preferably Social Work / Sociology /Economics / Psychology) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working on community based development projects, preferably related to rural drinking water supply & sanitation issues. The candidate should have experience of working on MS Office, (especially MS Word, Excel & Power Point) and Internet. Qualified women candidates should get a preference.
